This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I had a great experience at Al Hendrickson Toyota! Daneska was so helpful and patient—she took the time to explain each car we looked at and never rushed us into buying the first one we saw. She really made sure we understood our options and felt confident in our decision. Robert Nelson was just as amazing. He walked us through the lot, showed us multiple vehicles, and explained everything in detail—from features to performance—so we knew exactly what we were looking at. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit, not just making a sale. He made sure to keep us updated on everything that was happening, and even made us laugh with his jokes! I would definitely ask for him when I come back, made our visit pleasant and never rushed us into anything. Both Robert and Daneska made the whole process smooth and pressure-free. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive
