The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.

Dear Lilliston Family, I turned 50 years old last June and my husband gifted me a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited High Altitude 4xe. Understand that my Dad worked for Chrysler for 43 years before his death. My childhood was filled with tales from the assembly line. He referenced cars that went through Newark Assembly by the body letter. Lee Iacocca was the closest human to a saint in our home. Chrysler put my brothers and me through college. Despite a stray Honda, Isuzu, and Chevy, in my 34 years of driving, I?ve owned 1 Plymouth, 2 Chryslers, 1 Dodge, and 9 Jeeps. My husband has owned 2 Rams. I noticed with my 2018 Renegade and Wrangler that the quality of the Jeep product was declining; however, I was satisfied with Jeep?s ability to retain value. After malfunctions in three of the eight months of ownership, I traded in my 4xe this February and subsequently lost the $17500 of equity we?d invested, in addition to negative equity for a total of $35000 in losses over 8 months. That has never ever happened in a Jeep. To say I felt devastated and cheated would be a gross understatement. I felt downright betrayed. This exchange had an adverse affect every time I drove the vehicle I was forced to settle on to replace it. Three weeks ago, I happened upon a Bronco with its top down at one of my son?s soccer games. I have had my 2013 Hyundai Accent since it was new. I change my oil regularly and I've had to get new tires once. It has only 168,000 miles but I drive it daily. Never any issues The only problem I have with it is some rust on the paint from living in the Florida heat. I absolutely love this car. It is my third Hyundai Accent and never had any issues with any of them.

Love this car! We have a Fiat 500 & 500 Abarth that we really like a lot and just added the 500L to have something to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The 500L is everything we expected and more in that it has plenty of room, but is also fun to drive with a firm yet complaint ride. It also has an amazing panoramic view of the road and countryside. Too soon to tell for sure but I'm giving it 5 stars for reliability in advance as it has the same drive train as my 500 Abarth which has been very reliable over the last 5 years and 52,000 miles.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

7 years old and I've never had a single mechanical issue. Just maintain it per factory specs. Great gas mileage. Not a car to pick up chicks with.:0)==-)

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.
