We've been searching hard for a new car for our new 16yr old and ended up as Asay auto. Although we didn't end up finding the 'right' car for her there, the customer services was really great. We worked with them for a couple of weeks to try to find the 'right' car and Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Leon was also great in helping us try to get what we wanted. We appreciated all that they did for us!

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

I'm using this car more than one year as a family car. I was surprised there are no issues despite high mileage. Quattro makes it easy to drive especially during snowy and rainy days.

I found a car and the dealer had good information and photos on their website. The salesman was friendly and easy going and it was a good car buying experience.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

I have the 5 speed manual and am extremely happy with it. Super reliable never a single problem with it. If I had to nit-pick I'd say road noise maybe not the greatest above 65 mph. Great gas mileage. Seems to be built like a tank. Highly recommended....

They did a great job in helping me find my car. I first tried out aa 2021 Toyota Corolla. But I ended up with a 2019 Toyota Corolla that I liked better. I am very happy with this car.

I was initially looking for a used Golf, but the more I looked at the Beetle the more I liked it. When I found the one I ended up buying, it was love at first drive. This little car packs a punch with the 2.0T, and will throw you back in your seat. It’s an absolute blast to drive. Handles well around town and on the interstate, where it could easily get one in trouble since it wants to GO. The same engine as is found in the GTI, so this should be unsurprising. Easily gets 30+mpg on the highway when cruising along, typically around 20-25 city. These cars handle city driving just fine, but they are meant for the freeway in my opinion. I find the interior to be quite luxurious. Heated leather seats (not available in the Golf) with plenty of storage compartments. Not many frills, just a sleek and mostly practical dash. The trunk is big enough for grocery runs, and the rear seats fold forward for larger loads. It’s not going to haul large appliances or furniture, although it could possibly carry some bigger stuff on a roof rack. The Fender audio system is impressive, wouldn’t change a thing about it except it could benefit from an updated head unit with CarPlay. This hasn’t been an issue for me. I think the car is a real looker, it turns heads and has drawn the occasional compliment. My used model had some imperfections, but it’s still a great looking car that I want to look after and keep for as long as I can. It feels well built, the doors close with the satisfying weighty thud of a premium vehicle. Overall, I am very happy with my 2013 beetle. It’s not only fun, but it seems to be reliable with a couple caveats that some owners might not be aware of. The 2.0T engine is designed for premium fuel, using regular will eventually damage it. The 2.5 can run regular, but I believe the 1.8T will also want premium. The reason for this is lower octane fuel will cause detonation in these high compression engines. If you don’t know what detonation is, just know it’s bad. The oil needs changed more regularly than the manufacturer recommended 10k miles. 5k to be safe, 7k at a stretch. This is especially true for higher mileage vehicles. Speaking of stretch, there is a known issue with some 2.0T engines where the timing chain stretches over time and many miles, so if buying used that’s something I’d have a mechanic check out. This is an expensive maintenance item, but IF it’s needed, getting it done along with the tensioner and a new water pump for good measure will ensure that the new to you Beetle is reliable for many years and miles to come. The other issue is carbon build up. Getting it cleaned out is not as spendy as the timing chain but it’s also not a cheap fix. I believe this can largely be avoided by using top tier fuel (it contains detergents that help with this) as well as regular oil changes and some regular spirited driving. Would not recommend this car to someone who mainly does town or city driving, the 2.5 engine might be better suited for that. According to my research, the 2.5 is quite bulletproof BUT it’s not good for any engine to be driven at low RPM all the time.

I have owned my convertible bug for 10 years. I bought it brand new and have 98k miles on it. I have taken this car for its yearly inspection and oil changes at the dealership and completed all factory recommended service. Believe it or not I have not had to do anything besides buy tires...its on the second set...This car is still on all its original parts breaks, rotors etc...Its insane!!! I love my bug and it has been the best little car I have owned.

i would like to buy a used Mercedes SUV for under 8000 dollars. THE PAYMENT AROUND 130 dollars per month----- 6–7-year financing. i want to finance. have to finance through a bank with a personal loan up to 10000 dollars. I'm still working on purchasing a vehicle.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

I didn’t expect such a nice and Comfortable car. The trunk area has as much space as our Liberty. For all our town driving it fits our needs. We have the same range as a model 3 Tesla for one third the price. Love the quit and smooth ride!

the perfect car for commuting if you don't have to drive long distances. Smooth ride, comfortable seats, has a lot of zip, lots of interior space for a small car. Very economical: electricity is less expensive per mile than gasoline, never needs an oil change or tune up because it has no engine, never needs an emmissions test because it has no emmisions.

My Infinity was overdue for a thorough inspection. This dealership had discount coupons as well as a valet service to pick it up and return it. I received the results of the inspecton with recommended needs. I was able to pay online. It was as easy a process as I could hope for. A couple of things I needed was not done. When delivering a second vehicle to me, the mechanic finished in about 10 minutes. Javier was wonderful to work with as well as the valet service and the mechanics. Thank you for helping me accomplish necessary services.

This is really a great car and has served us so well. We were going to drive it until it died (a long way off) but got a deal on a family member's car that I could not pass up. The car has a huge cargo area with the seats folded flat. It has great visibility and is a pleasure to drive. Reliable and in excellent condition. I have service records from Day 1 of owning it.

The Beetle Turbo is a blast to drive, This car combines styling of the older generation beetle with good enough turbocharged power, making it a fun and exciting ride. Its 2.0l engine delivers a pretty quick acceleration, and the handling is surprisingly agile for a compact car. The interior is both somewhat stylish and comfortable, with a touch of the classic Beetle design. Plus, it's got a pretty good sound system. Overall, the 2012 Beetle Turbo is an amazing choice for a unique, fun car that puts a smile on anyone’s face every time they drive it.

Its a roomy vehicle and runs so smooth. Everything outside the car is visible while inside creating less chances of hitting objects around you. And the engine size being a 1.3 litre is a plus to save an extra buck on gas.

Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!

Sales: Jordan (salesman) helped me pick out and purchase my beautiful Eclipse Cross. He was not pushy in any way and really listened to my wants and needs. He made it a fairly quick and enoyable process for purchasing my first new car! I wish all salesmen were like him. He still greets me by name when I stop by, makes me feel like I'm more than just a sale! Service: I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and work past closing every day (I wish the service department were open for even just a few hours on Saturday). I got off work a little early and decided to drive up and see if they could fit me in. When I arrived, there was less than an hour left until they closed. Jordan (I think he's the service manager?) went back to ask the techs if they could fit me in. He then brought my car in and went over the work to be performed. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and even washed my dirty car! They didn't have to do that, but I am so grateful they did. Both Jordans, sales and service departments are amazing! My 2012 Volt was purchased brand new on Groundhogs Day, 2012, and is now 14 years old! Knock on wood, I've not had any issues with it except a tire that doesn't hold air as well as the other 3 tires. And once all of the dashboard lights came on to “Check engine”. Turns out that the computer system in the car needed to be updated, and that was that. I mainly run it on electricity around town and to nearby areas, so the mileage is in the mid-50's. However, it has been driven numerous times from Ohio to Raleigh, NC, to the Outer Banks several times, to Maryland many times, and to the Adirondacks, and often to the Cleveland Airport. So it has been driven decent miles using gasoline as well. My mpg on gasoline is typically 42, but that can vary if driving over mountains vs flat land or city driving vs country roads. It has been a very comfortable car for me. The only downside has been that heated steering wheels were not offered back then. That is the only feature that I wish it had. I've put the backseats down and over the years have transported a kayak, a bicycle, and several other large items. So useful! Heated seats make me so warm that I rarely turn on the actual car heater, which of course, helps save the battery in winter. In the winter, my mileage has been 32 miles on complete battery. But this year, it's gone down to 29 as the battery is aging. However, in the Summer, I easily get 45-50 miles. Your mpg also depends on how you drive the car. I'm not heavy-footed and tend to coast toward a red light rather than gun it then slam on my brakes. What a waste of energy! The battery regenerates while coasting, so I often will coast down hills, too. The Volt has plenty of power if in a situation where you really need a quick blast to get out of a dangerous situation — especially if running on battery. It can be up to 60 in no time! BTW, the Volt's body has held up beautifully! It looks like a new car. It has never been garaged and has sat outside in the elements for the past 14 years. My plan is to run it for many more years until issues begin to arise. But at 55,000, she's still a young pup with lots more vim and vinegar. Fingers crossed! I only wish Chevy had not converted the Volt assembly line to trucks. I think they did the general public a disservice by discontinuing them. I would buy another one if they came back.

Holy crap I did not expect this kind of quality from a compliance car made by Chevy. It?s a tiny car that feels roomy inside due to genius design. So many upgrades like Bluetooth and leather seats that really I didn?t even pay for. The battery technology is what drew me to the car but I am so blown away by what I actually took home. There aren?t many of these out there but if you?re looking at one just go ahead and pull the trigger. They?re worth it.
