We had a great experience at University Audi Lynnwood. Dylan helped us through the decision and purchase process. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

This my second Toyota Corolla hatchback se. Best car in gas mileage and reliable and safety features love for myself and for my kids. We are all in Toyota!!

A one owner, Arizona car with 47,860 original miles. Always serviced at Tesla in Scottsdale. The car is great fun to drive, as it's very quick, handles nicely and it's very dependable. About 160 mile range which is perfect for running around town. The navigation system is the best I've ever seen. Super easy to use and very accurate. Operating cost is very low compared to a car powered by a gas engine. I love the car and we're getting a new one.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

I had a great experience with Seattle Mini and Mike Sylvan buying new Mini. This is our second Mini we bought from them. The first was 15 years ago. I found a Mini we wanted to purchase over the Memorial day weekend and filled out a credit application on Tuesday. Mike immediately contacted me and set up a time in the afternoon for a test drive. We took the car for a test drive, then Mike explained financing options, there was never any pressure through the whole process. Although an EV, BMW it is in fact the Ultimate Driving machine. Very fast from 0-60 3.7s excellent HP 536 TQ 586. With the booster on it will quick you back in your seat.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

I truly despise car shopping. I could write a book on the bad experiences we endured looking for two cars. No need to go into detail, but there's a reason car salesmen have a bad reputation. The first car we purchased was a used Explorer. We picked it up from University Audi in Seattle. Our experience there was phenomenal. Next, we decided to purchase a used BMW. completely by accident, we ended up at the sister dealership here. Again, the same experience. Ryan Chou was our salesman. Just like Parker at the Seattle store, he was completely non-pushy and professional. This guy knew about everything about BMWs. We ended out purchasing a 430i from him. A couple days later, we noticed one of the run-flat tires had a bulge. After shopping around for tires, we realize it would cost about $1500 for a set of 4 as the car is all-wheel-drive. My wife suggested calling Ryan and telling him what happened. After notifying him of the situation, he immediately said it was a safety issue and they'd cover it. After telling him all four would have to be replaced, he told me he'd have to look into it. Sure enough, 5 minutes go by and he gave me the go ahead to have all of them replaced. I was actually a bit stunned. Never would I have expected a dealership to do that. That there is a level of service after the sale I've never experienced before. Because of that, Ryan and University Audi are #1 in my book.

I finally decided to purchase a MINI and thrilled they came out with a full electric one. The moment I test drove it I knew I had to have it. This is a fun car that likes to get up and go even though it’s a full electric model. There have been 3 mini’s in our house over the years and now we are a 2 Mini family. This car is pure joy and a nice adrenaline rush. It is my city car and not very concerned with the range on the battery because charging stations are everywhere. I can not wait to get in and go.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.
