I recently brought my car in for a recall. I was able to schedule my appointment online/through app, and it was so easy. When I got to the dealership, Ben was friendly and helpful. When I left, I was texted and emailed with notice that my car was brought in and was encouraged to ask any questions through the text or email exchange. I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

Excellent service as always. I had an issue with low tire pressure and they had me in and out less than half an hour.

Sam Ethridge was a very good salesman who was knowledgeable and so friendly. He answered our questions and never made us feel pressured. The whole experience was easy and it was a pleasure doing business with there.

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

I'm 78 years old and this car is a ball to drive! I love the 6 speed std transmission and the clutch action. My wife's GTI 6 peed manual(2016) clutch is very fussy and is to stall out if you're to weak on throttle! The handling is a blast! Love taking off ramps then merging onto the hwy and accelerating! If you like driving then this is the car for you! I love this car!
