Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

I just want to say from start to finish, Auto Boutique made the whole car buying process so smooth. I had been having transmission issues in my older vehicle- my mechanic told me it was time to start looking for something newer. I was online searching and was pre-qualified with Capital One. Capital One is a lender that partners with Auto Boutique which I was super happy to see. I found the vehicle online that met my wants and needs but I wanted to see it in-person and test drive it. I called first thing in the morning when they opened up at 9 am. Adrianna answered and she was so kind to me over the phone. She checked to see if the vehicle was still available and it was so we scheduled a time to go and look at it. When we got to Auto Boutique, Frank was out salesman and helped unburry the vehicle from the snow and got it all ready for my husband and I to take turns driving it. They gave us 30 minutes to drive around and get a feel for the vehicle. When it was my turn to drive it, I knew I loved it... it was pulling to the right when we were test driving it but I mentioned it to Frank when we got back to the Dealership, and he wrote down a note for service needed on it. Fast forward, I was only at Auto Boutique for maybe 3 hours and I left with the vehicle I wanted. A couple of days afterwards, I received a text message asking when would be a good time to bring the vehicle back in for the service of alignment. I was so shocked they did that, I had originally planned on calling them on my next day off of work to get it scheduled in. I will also say, another representative at the Dealership brought over and gave my 5 year old son 2 new Hot Wheel cars, never been opened or played with before. My son was so excited! That was such a kind gesture. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are very grateful. 😊

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

I test drove this car and loved it from the time I sat in it. I have back issues and this car accommodates me without issue. I have no complaints and I’ve gotten several compliments on it. It’s been a head turner and one of the better designs of the Honda Accord.

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

It was very windy and cold on March 14, 2023. Mikale Long brought several vehicles inside that I had questions on so that I could see and them for my self. That's where the above and beyond come in. The most professional polite car salesman I ever met. Messiah Smith was straight forward no pressure completely honest and negotiated the price with no hidden fees and was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to my question he got a tech guy to answer it. He is definitely a roll model to what all car salesman should be. I have and will recommend him to all family and friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. Mike the finance guy of Roush Honda was very honest and organized. I stopped in at the service desk asked about accessories he immediately printed off everything for my vehicle and then I went to the parts desk and he immediately gave me the accessory part costs. I am very impressed with the entire Roush Honda dealership. We have not experienced the service department yet as we have just purchased the vehicle. Amazing dealership all other dealerships need to take lessons from Roush.

After going to roush honda, we went to 3 other honda dealers (to check out options), and they were horrible.
