Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

My HRV was brought in for a simple oil change. My appointment was made via the internet. The service advisor was professional and kept me updated as the service was performed. I was in and out in no time.

Jamar Mitchum is wonderful to work with. Not pushy, transparent, and kind. One of the best car buying experiences. Really liked working with him. Any dealership or employer at that is lucky to have him, knows his stuff and how to communicate with customers/people. People like Jamar give sales a good name. My experience was amazing, however, I didn?t expect an enormous increase in monthly payments due to my fixed income. My sales representative was the bomb! He is the best! He was busy, busy, busy selling cars left and right. His desk is lined with awards to prove his impeccable abilities and skills. He is truly a professional salesman. Many of his customers told us he was a very nice man. I always return to him for my cars.
