Used 2024 Honda Accord for sale near Fort Oglethorpe, GA

My first experience with Wondries Toyota service department was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated on my defective 2024 Prius Prime vehicle.. Apparently, my engine broke in half which is unheard of. This is the 1st time I’ve purchased a LEMON car from Toyota. Nelson (service agent) is so helpful, understanding, caring and making sure everything goes smoothly. He knows what I'm going through is very stressful and having to wait over 30 days for the engine to arrive doesn’t make things better. He took good care of me and I’m very impressed with him. I have nothing but good things to say about Nelson. He's the guy to go too. As for the management, I give them my utmost respect because they put the customer first. I have a friend that mentioned John Kan to me before I even went to the dealership. She told me how great of a manager he is. I totally agree with what my friend said about him. At the beginning, I didn’t have the opportunity to meet John in person. I did talk to him over the phone and he made sure I’m taken care of. There were 2 things that warranty didn’t cover but he went out of his way just to make it happen. If it wasn't because of John nothing is possible. This is excellent customer service just like Nordstrom. I’m so glad I finally had a chance to meet John and thank him in person. This is a go to dealership for service work or making a purchase. They provide excellent customer service and make sure everyone that leaves there is happy with their service. You won't get this kind of service from any other dealership like them.

I’m a first time Honda owner and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I own a 2024 Accord. I chose it for its safety, functionality, and convenience features. I love it for its sleek style, design, and sophistication.

Friendly and professional service. Nice waiting areas with coffee and tea. Oil change is pricey but includes car wash.

We had the most incredible experience at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Huntington Beach, CA. Barry Luke is the representative that handled getting my wife's new Honda civic LX. I can't talk enough about how amazing and refreshing this experience with him was. From the get go, Barry wasn't pushy, calm, and most importantly - he beat the rest of the competition. I personally went to the socal honda website and contacted probably 75% of the dealerships in Los Angeles and Barry's deal was the best. From his calm attitude and demeanor, care, and respect for making things quick - we were in and out of the dealership within ONE HOUR and drove off the lot with our new car after our 2020 trade in. He made sure not to waste our time. Again, I can't recommend him and the team over there enough. He is a rare gem in an industry that is oversaturated with false information, pushiness/aggression, and sales tactics. GO HERE!!! And ask for BARRY! And REYMOND!

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

They helped me locate and purchase my perfectly spec’d (but not always easy to find) 2024 Honda Civic Sport hatchback 6-speed. First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive through the sales and service process.
