Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Hampstead Pre-owned is a 50 minute drive away from my home, but had the best price on a specific vehicle I wanted to look at. We made an appointment with Heather over the phone, and headed up to their location. We were met by Kiran, who confirmed my appointment and led to meet Alan. We were quickly allowed to see and test drive the vehicle we saw online (it was in great driving shape and was clean). We then went in and waited for the financing to be approved and was walked through the paperwork by Thomas. I had been to two other dealerships recently and Hampstead Pre-owned by far was the most pleasant and professional experience of them all. After getting home, I discovered a part that was missing from the tire jack kit, so when Kiran called me to follow up on my purchase, he had Jonathan from the service department contact me to get a replacement, which I was able to pickup the next day! When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car.
