I had an excellent customer service technician that made sure I was updated on all the repairs needed. The repairs were thorough and I have had no issues.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I came in just for a simple oil change, but Jonathan went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand what my car needed without making me feel pressured or rushed. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge really stood out, and it made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Jonathan, I left confident that my car was in good hands.
