Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

No cars but Nancy found me what we were looking for. She made buying a vehicle rather simple and quick once the vehicle arrived. Thank you for helping with a vehicle even when I was frustrated at the other dealers.

Took my son to buy his first used car! We met with Jose Lasalle as soon as we got in the parking lot! He was kind, knowledgeable and funny! We all hit it off right away! He helped my son pick out a great car that he just loves! My husband works for Nissan, but we chose Martin Honda to buy from! Best experience from start to finish! Love Honda cars! I Just want to give a huge shout out to The service center! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they go out of there way to make you feel like you matter and that’s pretty rare these days. Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Bought the car right off the showroom floor! Beautiful facility, friendly staff and could not ask for more! TY Piazza Honda AND Nancy! She aimed to please and we felt most comfortable working with her throughout the process. I love my car!

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

We were well taken care of and our service problem, a keyless entry issue, was repaired in a few hours. Kara was quick and efficient in getting us in and taken care of. Well done

This is the second time I buy a car from this dealer. This time I traded my CRV 2017 to get an Oddyssey 2019. Again, Dan Daley took me thru the process in an aswesome way starting with the test drive, explaining all the awesome features of the new car, possible financing options, until the end of the transaction. After visiting 3 dealers, again this was the place where I felt more confortable and saw people really interested in making business with me.

The minute I walked in there was a salesman named Mateo who was ready to sell me a car. I had been to several dealerships and was blatantly ignored. Not here! I was given the best options to make my decision. I will never buy anything other than a Honda from Martin Honda, of course.
