Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Greydi was my salesperson. He was very professional and helped make the process easy. I traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2021 Accord 2.0 Touring. With my trade in, I was still owed money. The check was delayed a couple of days from when I was told I should receive it. I would definitely recommend Jim Coleman Honda, as I had a very good experience.

Sport Honda should give him a raise and a bonus for representing it so well. I received professional and superb customer service at Honda of Greenbelt! I was greeted promptly and provided with a detailed explanation of the service I was receiving. Additionally, all of my questions and concerns were answered. Furthermore, I received a preventative consultation about future recommendations and services!

I really liked how Claudia my service rep provided the information and was accessible. Also appreciated how Alicia helped. The dealership now charges more for the exact same service they give someone else with less mileage. How disappointing. Also appreciated the sales rep answering my questions. It helped that my reps understood services, parts and other manufacturers.

When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car.
