The whole experience with the buying experience initially was a 10/10, however there was a mishap but was quickly fixed and ultimately I am very happy with my purchase. I understand being human and working with consumers on a daily basis. Things happen. Jeff Basch did an amazing job in making it right. Mo, Jason and Assad did a fantastic job as well. Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Waiting time is so long even if we are making appointment .I think everyone feeling same. Other than that everything good in my point of view.

Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! Timely service no pressure with friendly atmosphere. A little suspicious of The inspection report because it called for alignment and I had just had that done three days prior.
