Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Had to take in my car for service and even though that is never fun, my service advisor was helpful and that made it a great experience.

I’m a first time Honda owner and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I own a 2024 Accord. I chose it for its safety, functionality, and convenience features. I love it for its sleek style, design, and sophistication.

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Vinnie Jhaj found the exact Camry that I wanted, even though they are hard to find. He reserved it for me and was responsive when I request delivery status. When I came to purchase and take home the car, Vinnie showed me some of the features and connected my iPhone. Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Received an oil change in record time. Had many questions answered about my Chrysler Pacifica. Melody(advisor) was courteous and professional. David(Manager) was knowledgeable and unhurried. Could not have been better.

If you go to the service department of Santa Cruz Subaru know that you are in good hands. Russ, the service writer was a great help. Not only did they service my Subaru, I mention to Russ that the road noise while driving, was louder than it use to be. After inspecting the car they found a bad wheel bearing. They replaced the wheel bearing and the noise is gone. I purched the car there and have always had it serviced there. They have always been fair and straight with me. you can go to them and they will meet your needs.

I've had a 2015 honda accord sport since Nov 2018 and I've had no issues until recently, I think my catalytic converter is starting to have problems. The power seems to be diminished. That is the only problem that I've had with the car all this time. Very dependable car this is my third Honda accord

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Price is pretty similar without too much negotiations as per fair market value .Need to bargain a lot regarding the unnecessary accessories.

Over the last 8 years my 2015 Honda Accord has been with me through it all. It is up to 175k miles and has never once given me any kind of mechanical issue. It runs as well today as the day I bought it. 10/10 score for reliability. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. People are always so surprised by how roomy it is in the back seat. The trunk is also very spacious and can fit more than you'd expect to fit in a sedan. I think the dash design looks very sleek and modern, even by today's standards. The back up camera is clear and works wonderfully. Although it is missing some of the features that come with newer models, I find the screen controls and media settings to be easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I would say this car is the best I have ever owned and it has made me a Honda customer for life. At this rate, I won't be replacing it anytime soon. But when I do, I will be heading straight to the Honda dealership.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

I had given up after a couple of months of researching and a week of dealer inquiries. Daniel Baughmann at this dealership was honest, patient, and diligent about working with me on what was possible in my price range. I decided to just commit and went back, even though we talked and there was nothing new available. I bought a car that had more miles than I had wanted but is a delight to drive. My shopping experience at Capitol Mazda was smooth and stress free. Casey Dawes was very helpful in explaining every detail about the vehicle and the purchase. He was very friendly and patient with the bombardment of questions/concerns I had all throughout the purchasing process. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. Going through the Costco Auto Program helped in saving a couple hundred dollars, and a quicker than usual purchase. To top it off, there's no markups on the vehicles. Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

We were looking for a 2021 Honda Accord Touring and were able to find three for sale at Ocean Honda. Unfortunately, by the time we scheduled a trip to Santa Cruz only one car was left. We had received Emails from both Robert Estrada and Michael Livanos from Internet sales and we went down to visit their dealership. Years ago when they were in Capitola I received excellent service on an older Honda Accord which they fixed stating it was still under warranty. I was quite surprised that my Wife and I weren’t stormed by Sales People when we pulled up. We were able to walk around the lot without anyone coming out and starting a sales pitch. When we went in and asked to speak to Mr. Livanos who advised us that that last Touring car was sold, but he spent a couple of hours with us in looking at cars. Prior to leaving we had obtained a value on our trade in and had ordered a car. All the Staff were very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Plenty of parking and the Dealership was well laid out and clean.
