I have the RT black top package and I like it . It takes awhile to learn the how the screen works . The car does get attention & compliments. The torque is very fast and I love the red leather interior that came with it. Sunroof is awesome. The back seating is very small along with the trunk area. The driving is smooth and i enjoy the 3 ways of driving (hybrid, electric & save) I am enjoying my first Hybrid and compact vehicle

I like everything about the dealership, from the vehicle selection to the sales representatives. However, I have a couple of issues: I referred my son to the dealership, he bought a car, and I was told I would receive a $100 referral. It’s been a few months, and I still haven’t received it. Additionally, the coupon book for my son’s vehicle purchase hasn’t arrived yet; he keeps being told it was mailed out. Other than that, I love the dealership!

I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

I have a 2500 Ram Longhorn, the best truck ever. Had to delete DEF system, but that is big brother issue.I have all my services completed with Mr.DP and the crew. DP Mitchell is a no~nonsense professional. Competent, listens to the details, working as a team they consistently get it right. Service Dept need operating space, hard for them to deal with multiple customers just because of space restrictions. The Remote Diesel shop is focused professionals too. Biggest piece of owning a truck is the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. A team you can build trust in!!!

Marcia Ridpath was nothing short of amazing. She made my buying experience seamless. When this purchase could have been an absolute nightmare because I was buying a car from out of state that I had never seen, using my own bank to finance, and had to have the car shipped to me, it went so smoothly. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. My wife and I drove over an hour to look at CR of Adrian's Jeep selection. When we arrived they were just closing, and we were pretty bummed, but understood as we knew they closed at three. Thinking we were out of luck and would have to wait for another day to possibly make a purchase. Out came Lupe, to talk to us and invited us in to work with us. Lupe and Vincent stepped up and stayed over two hours on a Saturday after closing to make our deal!! They took their time and made sure to explain everything and made our purchase go as smoothly as possible. They got us in the vehicle we truly wanted at a price point we wanted. They didn't have to but they did. That speaks volumes about their customer service. I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had to bring my F-150 in for service the other day, and I was really impressed with the Ford dealership. They were super friendly and helpful, and they knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. They fixed it up quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
