The purchase process went well but the follow up has been nothing but miserable. They are not all on the same page and as a result I have been called multiple times because of their inability to communicate within their building. Cannot recommend this dealership to any of my colleagues.
We were in the market for a slightly used crossover/suv type of vehicle, and stopped by Underriner to check their inventory. We had test drove numerous vehicles at several dealerships in town, and found a certified CR-V at Underriner that fit our budget and met our list of requirements. Joe Scheffelman showed us the vehicle, and never once pressured us into buying. After sleeping on it, we decided to go back in and try and make a deal, and Joe was very helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up with a great vehicle.

I was looking online for a certain vehicle.I found it on their site.I submitted my loan application.I received financing in a couple hours.I did not have a way down to Billings to pick up the vehicle.So,they brought the vehicle to me.There was a few minor things wrong with the car.Sadly,I called them and told them that I was taking the car back to them.Because I couldn`t afford the repairs and car payment.Later that day Reid called me and asked if I could bring the vehicle to them?And they would fix it for me.They went out of their way to fix what was wrong.I am very tickled with Underinner.
I drove from Forsyth Montana to test drive and buy a used Ford Escape from the dealership. I was in contact entirely by email prior to the trip over to Sheridan with Dallas Kuntz, a Valley Motor Honda sales person. He was so helpful and honest in his job - I could not have asked for an easier transaction. He had all the legwork completed for my weekend test drive - Allie Johnston was the sales person who handle the final sale that weekend. What an incredible team there - they were wonderful. I would strongly recommend having them search for your next vehicle or looking through their used lot. They are an outstanding dealership.

We went in to buy a new SS Camaro for my wife. Luckily we got Tim Starkey for our salesman. He showed us the car we wanted and described the features I wasn't aware of. No pressure or games from Tim.
We danced a little working on the price I wanted and we got within $500 of the number my wife and I discussed ahead of time.
Once we got to the buying part, the part we all hate, Tim walked is through and made sure we understood the process and that there was no hidden fees and no gotchas in the end.
If you're looking for a car, City is a good place. If you buy a car, ask for Tim Starkey!
Had a very good car buying experience with sales man, Jon Pinardi. Not pushy. Just answered questions promptly and politely. He even picked me up at home the morning the car was ready (the dealership put snow tires on for us) and drove me to the dealership, which is over an hour away over a mountain pass. He very patiently explained all of the various features and controls of our new Outback, including using the paddle-controlled manual transmission for safely traversing the downhill side of said pass, of which Jon has years of driving experience. Highly recommend Jon. The dealership did try to up-sell me an expensive extended warranty in a little room with door closed, but this only lasted a few minutes and was the only negative to my purchase experience.
These guys are serious about moving inventory. They sold me a pretty much brand new Toyota Tundra with 20K miles on it for rock bottom pricing. Any other dealer would’ve held onto that Tundra trying to get the most they could for it but these guys are only interested in serving their clients by selling cars at the best price. I was impressed.... Ive bought dozens of vehicles in my life and I NEVER had an experience as good as this... These guys have a great culture... glad to see them in Casper!!
Wayne and the crew are friendly and want to help you find what you want for the best deal. NO pressure ever!! Love the tech support...I just swing over there and they answer my questions!! When we were out of town hunting one day l locked the keys in the pickup...NO service for OnStar....Derrick found us somehow and saved us!!! :-)
I have bought 4 cars from them. I would go know where else.
Every vehicle I have bought has been trouble free. Of course as a used car dealer you except the you buy it and you fix it. Not so at Sextons. They take care of their customers. I have seen people have some issues and they have brought it back to them and they have fixed the vehicle with little or no cost to the customer. What used car dealer stands behind their vehicles like that. They treat you like family, not a number.
I could go on and on but no room left.
