My son was ready to purchase his first new car.He was really nervous so I went along for support and to make sure he wasn’t taken advantage of. He made an appointment with Michele McBride and from the moment we got there she was nothing short of amazing. Her and her team made this the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever witnessed. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

It has been 15 years since I purchased a vehicle! I think this is a great purchase! I like everything about this car! Great on gas, reliable and fast!

Over the last 8 years my 2015 Honda Accord has been with me through it all. It is up to 175k miles and has never once given me any kind of mechanical issue. It runs as well today as the day I bought it. 10/10 score for reliability. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. People are always so surprised by how roomy it is in the back seat. The trunk is also very spacious and can fit more than you'd expect to fit in a sedan. I think the dash design looks very sleek and modern, even by today's standards. The back up camera is clear and works wonderfully. Although it is missing some of the features that come with newer models, I find the screen controls and media settings to be easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I would say this car is the best I have ever owned and it has made me a Honda customer for life. At this rate, I won't be replacing it anytime soon. But when I do, I will be heading straight to the Honda dealership.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

I traded in my 2018 Accord in for a 2022. One week later, I asked for my car back. 2018 far more a BETTER Car. Last Honda of 1 I will own.

I could tell from walking in this is a place where people are treated right. As a single older woman who had not bought a vehicle on my own since the mid-1970s(!), I was nervous approaching this whole process, especially in the COVID-19 era, when I didn't feel I could impose upon a friend to go with me. Silko Honda--and Heath, the salesman I dealt with, made the buying and financing process painless, and I could not be happier, either with the experience or with my luxurious new Ridgeline. Heath was very pleasant, even after the deal was sealed, responding immediately to numerous texts. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends.

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

I Love my honda just wish the seats would go higher they seam to sit very low, the passenger mirrow gets in the way for me im a shorty but other than that it’s amazing im a Honda person….

Ex-l coupe. It’s a honda Comfort, style, quality, affordable to repair and readability. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. 3.5 L engine has more omf. Fun to drive. Ride is a bit ruff but not terrible.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. Great car. Gas mileage is excellent. Wish interior was a lighter. I would also like to have the safety features a little bit easier to know if activated or not.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

My Honda Accord is going to be one of my favorite cars. It is very reliable and spacious. Ever since I purchased it it never gave me problems.

My wife and I have been leasing and purchasing automobiles from Bernardi Honda for over ten years and have enjoyed the leasing/purchasing experiences. This past August I purchased a 2017 CRV EX. Scott Wells and Denis Swift gave me a very fair deal. Today, my wife and I purchased another 2017 CRV EX (her car) with the help of Scott Wells and Michael P. Again, another great experience. I also bring all of the cars to the Bernardi Honda service dept for repairs and regular service. They do great work. I drive over 20k miles a year and depend on my CRV to get me to where I need to be. The car has never let me down.

I purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord Sport and love it. 41 to 48 miles per gallon. Runs and rides awesome. Always wanted one and will stick with Hondas going forward.

My 2015 Accord EX sedan, now over 9 years old, is the best car I’ve ever owned. I’ve driven it all over America, it has 152,000 miles on it. The interior and exterior both still look new, there are no rattles, and it drives great. As much as I like the looks of the new Accord, I’m keeping this one. The style still looks current, and I spend little on it aside from regular maintenance. The best of 8 Accords I’ve owned!

I purchased the Accord LX new in October 2014. Overjoyed with the fact that I found this with a manual transmission. After 6 years of ownership and 68K miles later, I'm still very pleased with the car give or take a few hiccups. Disappointed that after 2020, the Accord will no longer be produced with a manual transmission as an option. Summer 2018: Took a road trip to SC and discovered my AC was no longer working, and was blowing lukewarm air. Got a can of the recharge stuff and fixed it myself. First time in my Honda ownership that the AC has crapped out on me. January 2021: Smelled burning oil and discovered my oil was very low in vehicle. Took to Honda dealership and was told I have a valve cover gasket leak. Shocked because I'm never had gasket issues of any kind in my previous Hondas. Another Honda ownership first. Everything else has been routine maintenance. Change oil, rotate tires. 1 new battery in Jan. 2021. Had to have new brakes put on all around and swap out brake fluid in Feb 2021. That's the first major money I've spent on the car. Fixing gasket issue next month but local mechanic said it's not a major concern. Other than that, the car has been a trooper. Minor complaints about seat/door materials getting a white filmy substance from my elbow resting on the window ledge. All Hondas could use lumbar support in lower trims. Plenty of leg room for rear passengers. I typically stick with the entry level trims. Less stuff to go wrong.

No Saab is without it's quirks, and the same can be said for Saab buyers. I dealt with Richard and he was very patient, amiable, and straight forward. The few items the vehicle did need he made sure were completed in a manner that fit my schedule. Has knowledgeable Saab technician on staff to complete repairs in a professional manner.

Oil changes will also be a more frequent occurrence. This vehicle uses 5W-20 conventional. The first positive attribute of this vehicle is reliability. If the vehicle is taken care of it will last 300k miles and onward. The Accords with manual transmissions are rumored to last longer than ones equipped with automatic transmissions. On a separate side note, Honda is known in the automotive community for reliability. Low maintenance cost is a secondary positive of this vehicle. The second positive attribute of this vehicle is the fuel-efficiency of the 4-cylinder engine. Gets around 25-30 mpg if driven conservatively. Varies depending on the configuration of your vehicle. The third positive attribute of this vehicle is the NHTSA Safety Rating. The driver and passenger side received 5/5 stars in testing, while the side and rollover components of the test received 4/5 stars. The fourth positive attribute of this vehicle is some of its features. Some of the more notable features include the power windows, radio, and the ice-cold a/c capabilities. The fifth positive attribute of this vehicle is the optional towing package you can have installed with a Second-Party installer. The sixth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it is perfect for high school or college students. The seventh positive attribute of this vehicle is the lower insurance rates. Varies depending on multiple conditions. The eighth positive attribute of this vehicle is that it has more luggage space than the Honda Civic. The ninth positive attribute of this vehicle is that the engineers made light maintenance easy to do. All the light components on the vehicle are easy to replace. Filling and draining the oil is easy to perform. As well as replacing the ignition coils if they happen to go bad. Engineers also gave great hand room inside the engine bay. The tenth positive attribute of this vehicle is that the manual transmission variants come with a V-TEC launch gear to ensure you can get up to speed very rapidly. The first negative attribute of this vehicle is the drivability. The vehicle often feels like you are driving a sailboat down the road. The second negative attribute of this vehicle is the 14 active safety recalls. These include the air bags, powertrain, electrical system, steering, and the fuel system. The third negative attribute of this vehicle is that it requires the user to basically fall back into a couch to get in the front seat. Not recommended for plus-sized people or people who have disabilities or conditions that prevent them from entering a car this way. The fourth negative attribute is that DIY Modifications / Additions are not recommended. Honda will void warranties on anything that is not OEM. All aftermarket additions are at risk with their current policy. The fifth negative attribute is the power steering fluid module. Units love to consistently leak and cause the vehicle to have difficulty turning. The sixth negative attribute is a lower towing capacity. The seventh negative attribute is no 4x4. Bought a 2006 Toyota Camry V6 from Elias, New Years day 2020. Car was overall in good shape. Had some dings that did not appear in the pictures. I had them pulled from a paint less dent remover for about $200. It needed 2 new tires in the rear, $50 each An Oxygen sensor failed. I had it fixed myself for $150. I couldn't make it back to him to fix it for free. Missing a few trim odds and ends that I got from online. He did put in a new battery and did the rear brakes prior to finalizing the sale. Used cars are rarely perfect. Luckily I have a lot of experience with cars so I have a higher tolerance . Overall I was happy with the experience. I'd buy from them again

Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!
