I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Huriel Chavez (our salesman) was great to deal with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Kirby the finance officer was very good and thorough to work with.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

I had the pleasure of buying a car this weekend at Honda Cars of McKinney. I had Richard Stephenson who was my experienced and trustworthy car salesman, John Buscema the numbers man, and Kerry Bromery- Mr. Customer Service, Billy Snopik the finance closer, Brad and JR who kept me company….. These guys were all too fun and made the usual nail biting experience actually great and the best I’ve ever had! Truly quality personnel in that place!

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

Quick and painless. I pulled up before they opened. Someone meet me in the lot again before they opened. I told them I needed a car ASAP. I was introduced to Adrian. We identified a car, did a test drive, financed the car, washed and filled up the vehicle, put the plates on the car in one hour and a half hours. That is not an exaggeration. This is my second car I have bought from them and each time was a smooth painless experience. I will be back.

Great customer service and information about recalls. Salesperson always comes to fined me when I am there at the service center to check on how we like the lease.
