I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

I was feeling discourage on my way home from Cerritos Auto Square, encountering several dealers who where less then transparent. On my way home something told to stop at Carson Honda. That's where I met Juan Martinez. Within minutes of speaking with Juan, he understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me perfect match a 2013 Honda Accord that was in excellent condition and right price range it truly felt meant to be. We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!

New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote.
