He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. A?Darius helped me find my dream car. He ensured he gave me the best price possible as I shopped for a Nordic Forest Sport HRV. I spoke with eight other Honda dealerships, and I know it is true. A?Darius was honest and caring. After I confirmed I wanted a car from him, he let me put a deposit on it since I was out of town and could not make it over to pick it up for another week. Then he stayed late one evening since I am a teacher in Marietta and could not make it there until after school. The financing guy, maybe Travis, was also helpful.

Delvine sold me this car almost 2yrs ago and he still checks in on me and my family. I bought 2 more cars from him as well. Great honest guy and not all about the sale. My service advisor Nakari N. always i mean ALWAYS take care of me and make sure im not taken advantage of. I can trust that my car is going to be done right everytime and he is very honest.

I really am not sure about the quality of the repairs since this was done very recently. I haven't had any issues at this point and trust everything was completed properly. Representative was very good and knowledgeable.

They have delivered the vehicle ahead of time. Dean bloom was in constant touch with us to give us update. We expected the actual delivery in March but was way ahead of time compared to any other dealership.

Our service advisor, Jim, went above and beyond during our visit to the service department. He was able to get us assistance from Honda of America in covering a lot of our charges. His time and effort were very much appreciated.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.
