The experience dropping off my vehicle at Rairdon’s Honda of Burien for semi-annual service was great. I dropped off my vehicle with Ilene, who performed preliminary documentation (vehicle mileage check, oil percentage check, exterior body work photos, etc.). I got a notification about an hour later that the oil change and tire rotation were complete. She walked me through the checklist of findings on the vehicle while informing me of things to look out for during the next service cycle. Great, straightforward service experience, overall!

Honda of Seattle is great, and the workers here are amazing. The sales team didn't pressure us to buy a car and were very friendly through all our interactions. Diana went above and beyond getting us our car. She was super friendly and made sure to keep us informed as we waited for everything to be processed. She stayed late and worked so hard to help us. I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. The sales people have all been incredibly helpful, reliable and honest - which is not common when a woman is buying a car. I recently had an issue with my car and needed to turn it in early and get a new one. Devin Shugrue was the sales associate that picked up my call and I could not have been more pleased with our entire business transaction from start to finish. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot.
