This is our 2nd car purchased at AutoNation Honda Sterling. Mauricio, our salesman, was patient and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy during our first visit and he kept in touch between our first visit and the day we bought the car (and not to an excess). Charif our finance person who walked us through the document signing was knowledgable and did not force things on us we didn't want. Overall a great experience.

I was treated very well at Lia Honda of Kingston. Everyone from the sales consultants to the sales managers were helpful, informative, and communicated very well. Curtis was awesome with helping procure my Honda Passport. He was up front about pricing and any fees regarding the purchase. He gave me a fair deal for my trade and my new vehicle. Harry was fantastic and a welcome face when I went to take delivery of my vehicle. He was patient with all my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped get me in and out as efficiently as possible. I’d highly recommend this dealer!

Our sales person, George Darwich, was the main reason we returned to buy from this dealership. We began car shopping one day to look at several different make/models and were frustrated after a few ?not so pleasant? experiences from the first 2 dealerships?..we felt since we just wanted to look & test drive, but not yet commit until we finished comparing models, that they had little interest in us. Our last stop for that day would be at Coggin where we met George. He was so pleasant and eager to help without being ?over the top?. He was patient, knowledgable, understanding and extremely friendly. He was not pushy and totally respected our decision to look at other vehicles to compare with the understanding that we would return if the Honda became our choice. Once we decided, he was wonderful throughout the process.

All staff were PROFFESSIONAL and made the process super easy for me. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and hadn't planned on buying but, so glad I did; it was TIME! I love the Honda product and have been driving one since the late 1980's. They were motivated to sale and gave me and excellent deal on my trade-in.

I've been servicing my car here for the past 3 years. Service is good. Of course the advisor upsell service and the cost is ridiculous. I changed my engine air filter myself for $20, the cost of the filter. They were charging $87.16. The cost of other service the advisor claimed I needed totaled $1608.35. Really! I changed my oil had a coupon and still paid $95.Crazy.I guess I could go somewhere else cheaper, but I trust their service. Atleast for now.

Tom Medina was my salesman. We purchased a 2023 Yukon and was told it would take a few months to get. We stuck with him and he always keep us informed so we knew at all times how much longer it would take. Axel was a great salesperson to deal with. He listened to what I was looking for, my concerns, and helped facilitate the deal. I give him 5-stars. Unfortunately, the dealership's errors in their ad, claiming the vehicle had features it didn't, having an erroneous VIN, and it taking over a week to get all my paperwork to register the vehicle force me to deduct a star.

I haven’t had a bad experience so far, but i have only been here a few times for service. I am scared because of all these terrible reviews though. Management really needs to fix these problems. Big red flag. Again, I’ve had no issues. Leased a car and been in for service.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.
