I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

As a new customer I was pleased way beyond what I was expecting the sales girl named Florey Hasan did a fantabulous job from the point I went there till the time I was handed the suv she is well experienced and well mannered as my personal opinion I believe if someone as knowledgeable as Florey the company would not just grow but take things to new heights I personally thank hillside Honda for hiring a talent which is not possible with great knowledge and skills to get easily among young people

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.

My experience At Honda of new Rochelle was nothing short of amazing ! The professionalism and expertise and most importantly HONESTY of people the I encountered was absolutely golden. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and my salesman Adrien Trumpler was the absolute BEST!!! He was very diligent and helpful . He addressed all my concerns and actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and went the extra 5miles to ensure I was satisfied. He didn’t just try to sell me anything. My biggest fear was purchasing a lemon . He was very professional, kind , courteous and helpful during this process and I couldn’t be happier ! We went to White Plains Honda used car dealer to buy a used car. The car salesperson Alberto was excellent, told us the deal straight forward from the beginning. When it came to dealing with the finance person, we were rushed through the process and asked to sign several documents but we weren't explained the details exactly in what was included. We returned a couple of days later and asked the finance person what are these extra charges as we were under the assumption that what was explained to us was included. To make a long story short in the end the manager spoke with us and we closed the deal and left very happy. We highly recommend this used Honda car dealership on Central Avenue as we walked away with what we originally arrived for!!

Well I don’t know where to start from. My experience here was amazing like odee amazing. I got a sales person ROBERTO PARRA who was really amazing. He went all out. I told him I wanted a Honda pilot black and didn’t have one in stock told me it was on its way. But all that time he was on top of things keeping me updated. Helped me get insurance for the car and all. Amazing sales person if anyone reading this and is going to buy a car there ask for Roberto Parra. He even at the end taught me all the features of the car. Another person is Olecia from Finance she helped me a lot with the paper work and did an amazing job getting me a deal with capital one. She took us outside to look at the car we wanted and even allowed us to test drive. She made our car buying experience very easy and stress free.

When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer.
