My experience At Honda of new Rochelle was nothing short of amazing ! The professionalism and expertise and most importantly HONESTY of people the I encountered was absolutely golden. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and my salesman Adrien Trumpler was the absolute BEST!!! He was very diligent and helpful . Well I don’t know where to start from. My experience here was amazing like odee amazing. I got a sales person ROBERTO PARRA who was really amazing. He went all out. I told him I wanted a Honda pilot black and didn’t have one in stock told me it was on its way. But all that time he was on top of things keeping me updated. Helped me get insurance for the car and all. Amazing sales person if anyone reading this and is going to buy a car there ask for Roberto Parra. He even at the end taught me all the features of the car. Another person is Olecia from Finance she helped me a lot with the paper work and did an amazing job getting me a deal with capital one. I purchased my 5th vehicle from Honda I have been satisfied with the cars except for this last one the tires on this car are trash only had the car maybe a 2 months already had to get two replacement tires and a plug in the other I was told the tires are low performance and they blow out easily why didn't they put better tires on this car I never had this problem with the other cars I got from them I also waited 2 hours for oil change and tire change with a appointment not happy

I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. Despite having a tight schedule due to needing to pick up our daughter from school, Noel ensured that we were out of the dealership with a vehicle in a timely fashion. I was impressed that we were able to finance the vehicle and walk out with it on the same day, as I have spent several days in other dealerships trying to do the same. Once we began the financial aspect of the transaction, we worked with Richard Cirami. His office was beautiful and had a comforting and relaxing ambiance. He was wonderful, quick, helpful, and efficient. Not only did he work with us to get us to the numbers we wanted, but he also provided advice for future transactions. He even made time to engage in conversations with us that were highly thought-provoking. Overall, I cannot recommend North Shore Honda enough. Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami truly care about their clients and their services were exceptional. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I cannot thank them enough for their time and services.

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. You certainly will not be disappointed.

I leased a 2025 HRV. It was a smooth transaction. The salesman Joey Naim was great he went over all the features of the car with me. The manager also was great explaining all the forms and lease contract .

I went to the dealer on a defensive mode.my car just broke and left me on the side of the street,plus I?ve heard a lot of horrific stories about salesman.My salesman change my whole perspective.He was friendly,professional and very informative.The finance gentleman was very good too..

I went to Tarrytown Honda to purchase a used vehicle. I worked with Luis R. and found him to be a upfront and honest gentleman. This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!
