He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. My 2024 Accord with 19 inch alloy wheels developed a leak on the way from Connecticut to Florida. The tire had a nail and required replacement. Coggin sent a very nice young man all the way to Disney who picked up the car, took it too the dealership, and brought car back before dinner that evening. I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. Thank you guys, so much and it's always a pleasure working with you and your team.

The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

They got the car in for its maintenance and recall status. Everything was good, job was completed quickly and properly. The new shop area and waiting room is very nice with places to work while you wait.

I bought my last vehicle from them and it was a easy experience. They didn't play dealer games and I felt they were no were honest and up front. I didn't end up buying this time because I decided to hang on to my car longer but they were very cool about it. Will definitely buy there in the future.

I always use Classic Honda for maintaining my car and I have purchased my cars from them as well. I do not think there is anywhere else I would take my car.

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.
