This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway.
