Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. My first time at Crown Honda and I knew I was in the right place. I first called and spoke with Jean to set an appt to have flat tire checked. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and a “real” person. The guys outside quickly came out to see how they could help and had me wait inside for an advisor. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my service advisor was assigned and calling me to discuss the reason for the service. Thomas Allen my service advisor was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a timeframe and what options I had once we found out the root cause. Coming from another dealership who recently had mgmt change leaving the service dept in disarray, I can’t tell you how happy to find a new home where it was evident they knew how to provide great service.
