This was my second visit for routine maintenance and both times my appointments were on time and everything was explained to me. Their waiting area is so nice and has whatever you?d need . While waiting I have either received text messages on status of my vehicle, video of the under carriage inspection and my service writer would stop in and check with me. The service dept is a class A department in all aspects.

JP was a great help with purchasing my new car! He made it a priority to revolve around my schedule that has limited time to come to a dealership.

I give it a 4 stars because this is the second time for the same problem. This time I got a loaner. Much better this time.
