I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. Despite having a tight schedule due to needing to pick up our daughter from school, Noel ensured that we were out of the dealership with a vehicle in a timely fashion. I was impressed that we were able to finance the vehicle and walk out with it on the same day, as I have spent several days in other dealerships trying to do the same. Once we began the financial aspect of the transaction, we worked with Richard Cirami. His office was beautiful and had a comforting and relaxing ambiance. He was wonderful, quick, helpful, and efficient. Not only did he work with us to get us to the numbers we wanted, but he also provided advice for future transactions. He even made time to engage in conversations with us that were highly thought-provoking. Overall, I cannot recommend North Shore Honda enough. Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami truly care about their clients and their services were exceptional. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I cannot thank them enough for their time and services.

After a truly bad experience at another dealership, I went to Honda of Tenafly with trepidation. It was a relief to meet Anna Marie, who made the car buying experience quick and easy. I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

My experience today 9/28/24 was amazing our Sales Consultant Beli Cecunjanin was so informative gave us options explained everything in detail and then some . I most definitely will be coming back for a second vehicle . He deserves more than 5 stars let's make it a 10.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful people I met when I first visited the Honda of Stamford dealership. Although my visit was brief, and I wanted to get more information from them, as well as other dealerships for comparison, I was promised a call from the salesperson in a few days. And sure enough the salesperson, Anna, contacted me with the information. I revisited the dealership, and, without feeling any pressure, in few days, decided to buy an HVR.
