I recently had two truly outstanding experiences at my local Honda service center, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation. On both occasions, the service was top-notch, and my advisor, Joe, played a significant role in making each visit smooth and stress-free. My first visit was for AC maintenance. My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the recommended repairs. The team did a fantastic job, and my AC is now running perfectly, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. My second visit was for routine oil changes.
