I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! Overall service was great. I waited during the service and the waiting area was always comfortable. The only minor (unrelated to the service) feedback I have is i just wished the wifi connection was a bit more stable as my iPad kept disconnecting for some reason.
