It took a team to sell me a car but it was the best experience this time! Timmy in service referring salesman Danny and finally Carl in finance! Since new cars are in short supply, negotiating isn?t really possible, simply agree to buy, paperwork prepared, a little negotiating in finance and sign! Done in less than 2 hrs! So appreciated the process this time! This is my 2nd car from this dealership and this time was much better( didn?t take 6 hrs like the first because I spent almost 4 to 5 hrs in finance!) On both occasions, the service was top-notch, and my advisor, Joe, played a significant role in making each visit smooth and stress-free. My first visit was for AC maintenance. My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the recommended repairs. The team did a fantastic job, and my AC is now running perfectly, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. My second visit was for routine oil changes.
