Since the car was for my 18 year old son, he took the time to explain the car features with patience and clarity in detail while truly taking the time to listen to our questions. There were no surprise fees or gimmicks. I was given honest numbers and clear options. Even after I decided to purchase the vehicle Sebastian and Peter(the manager) were very professional, transparent, respectful and willing to answer all my questions. When I came to pick up the vehicle Sebastian was waiting for me with everything ready. The paperwork was nealty prepared , the car was freshly detailed and I was given a full tank of gas. Yay! Sebastian helped my son sync his phone to the system and re explained all the car features in detail. This kind of attention speaks volumes. My son loves his car, it is spacious, and he loves the smart features, but what makes this experience extraordinary is the outstanding customer service I received from start to finish by Sebastian and Peter. Peter really listened to my questions/concerns and was very transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer. I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!!
