Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.

We worked with Tony Hamrah when looking for a used minivan. He was very responsive and even brought a car to our home for a test drive. He answered all of our questions immediately via text or phone call and was very helpful.

I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. The whole experience from setting up the test drive through the negotiation was stress free. Both Adeel and Larry were honest and fair, and I ended up getting the car that day.

Purchasing a new care here was a positive experience. We knew we wanted a CR-V and Apollo helped us understand the various trim levels. There was no sales pressure, and we paid what we think was a good and fair price. Mr. Sadalla handled the administrative details in an efficient and cordial way. Drove home in our new car within hours of our arrival.

We had an excellent experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. The salesman, Thomas Beyene, went the extra mile in helping us find a good. solid car to buy, secure financing at a reasonable interest rate, add the car to our insurance etc. He was thorough and pleasant, took the time to explain all the paperwork and answered questions willingly. Mr. Sadalla, the finance manager was pleasant and reasonable, made financing and add-on options clear but was not overly pushy about it. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would buy a car from them again, if we ever need to. (Note we did not have a trade in for this purchase)

He personally called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was working well and that I had no concerns. That level of care and customer service is rare to find and truly appreciated. Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!
