I?ve been looking for a particular color but it was hard to find but so I went to see it and the other color choices to compare and not at all expecting to purchase a car until tonight or this weekend. I arrived to see the Red CR-V Sport hybrid front and center with a sign saying VIP Bethann and that pretty much did it. They are such a kind group of people and I know they stayed late to finish the sale. They were extra accommodating knowing my mother is on hospice and I had to make arrangements to be able to leave the house. I got home at 11pm but nice for them they had several buying cars on a Monday evening so I did not mind waiting. This is my 3rd car from Buena Park Honda 4th in the family and the other sales were consistent of the quality customer service I received last night. Eveyone was great but Jacob was extra special. We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. It was definitely a win-win situation!
