We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

I schedule a routine maintenance appointment & the day and time I was hoping for was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matthew Verge who told me what services my car would need at the current miles. During the services I was sent updates about my car. When I returned my car was ready to go! Matthew even offered a promotional discount happening during the month of June which saved some money - always a lovely surprise! He was personable, helpful and kind! Thank you Matthew Verge and Lia for all your great work!

Howard in sales is my go to guy. Honest, patient when I am asking questions. Marissa in service is my go to. I had an oil change done and when the car was complete, I asked if we can do differential service while it was there. The car was pulled back in and service was completed so I did not have to come back sooner than next oil change. I live 40 minutes from Sullivan Honda, are there closer dealerships, yes but none that have Howard, Marissa and the service tech that works on my car.

Anthony, Carl and Joe were so caring, making sure my daughters car is fixed and safe for her to drive. I got stranded near this dealership with a leaking coolant issue on my Acura. Christopher took care of the situation rapidly even though I (obviously) didn't have an appointment. They got me up and running as soon as the parts arrived and they were very clear explaining everything that happened and what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend.
