I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I took my daughter to buy her first “grown up” car today. I always expect decent service whenever I buy a vehicle, but Melanie and Ben were an absolute joy! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were patient with my daughter throughout the process and demonstrated the kind of care I’d expect from a family member. The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

She communicated regularly with me as to the progress of my service requests , which were addressed in a timely manner. She was my Service Advisor during my last visit to Pohanka for service. She is truly an asset to Pohanka Honda and I would certainly recommend her to others. I have been going to Pohanka Honda for service on my automobiles for many years. One of the reasons for my loyalty to Pohanka Honda is due to the reliable service that I have received there for many years. Mr. Joel F. the current Shop Foreman, is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has "much experience" in servicing vehicles. I value his service advice. He is a real asset to Pohanka Honda.
