I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

just now NEW I totally recommend Yonkers auto mall!! Virginia and Anthony work hard together to get you in your car the same day. Even if you have bad credit they will try their 100% to get you in a car the same day!! Which is what I had and all other dealerships told me most likely I would not get approved they didn’t even try. Yonkers auto mall allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I went to several dealerships before finding Yonkers auto mall that asked for my deposit up front and never gave me the car to test drive. They also gave me the best offer for my trade in. They have more cars that come in daily that might not be on their site yet. I highly recommend stopping by their dealership to speak to Virginia regarding their offers. They honestly make you feel so comfortable with their quick process!! I will be back in a couple of years for a trade in maybe get the Lexus next time 😊. Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

My wife and I needed a second family vehicle. Already having a 2010 Honda Accord which we fully like, that is still running strong with only basic maintenance upkeep all these years. Never felt any pressure during out whole Pilot purchase and made buying a vehicle through Deniz and the whole Paragon Honda dealership a delight! I bought a Honda 2023 EX-L Accord Hybrid. Love the car, but furious there was no Sirius-XM software installed on the model. You now only get that on the Touring (Most expensive)Trim model. I had to have it installed by an independent company into the car for an additional $650. Why not offer it at least as an extra that a Honda Mechanic can execute a software upgrade in the radio system which installs it? You put the Sirius/XM software in all your cars when it first became available, and now you only put it in the Touring Trims! Ripoff!! Also, the phone system; Often the bluetooth gets set up to link your cellphones in the new car and then a few hundred miles down the road it fails and you have to do a complete reboot of the cellphone bluetooth system and then re-link your cell phones all over again to get it to work. This has happened twice to me and I have only got 6000 miles on the new car!

Traded in my 2018 Honda Ridgeline for a 2023 Accord EX-L hybrid in April, 2023. Shopped the Toyota Camry but it felt "dated" in comparison to the Accord. I was primarily interested in gas mileage and have averaged 51 mpg so far over 10,800 miles of driving. The car is comfortable, solid and enjoyable to drive. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend the Accord hybrid.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Seems like a well run dealership.

I mostly drive highway, 35mpg average. Easy to get 50mpg in the city. The OEM tires are dangerous in rain. I dumped them the first month after hydroplaning at 55mph in light rain. It was a frightening 45 mile commute, while everyone was flying by me and I couldn't maintain the speed limit. 20k trouble free miles. Average 35mpg. Good power and handling.

I visited mainly to compare a couple of models. The staff was helpful in providing information and letting me test drive without feeling rushed. Didn't buy on the spot, but it was a positive and informative visit that will definitely bring me back when I'm ready.
