Pleasant waiting rooms. Complimentary coffee. Inspection revealed areas of interest for future service consideration. Service Advisor was friendly and attentive. Service received was well priced.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Took about 2-1/2 hours. No appointments for routine service. Done in time promised and while my wife waited. However, they called me to let me know the vehicle was ready because they didn't know she was in the waiting room.

Carole Tindall was my sales professional representative. She was outside in front of the dealership welcoming customers She approached me, asked me what I was looking for. She really listened to me! I was on a mission to find a specific vehicle. She showed me several cars with that description. She was very diligent to help me find my perfect car. She worked with me and worked with me very hard to satisfy and please me. It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.

Went in for a Honda recall and was informed I was also due for transmission, brake, coolant fluid replacements. Ford did a great job of explaining all work done and had had my vehicle done in no time. Thanks again Ford!

Dropped vehicle off and was updated through text message on everything that was done to my vehicle. Great service and and vehicle would have been done same day, but had to order part. Vehicle was complete next day.
