I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Overall great experience with the service visit clean and helpful employees also they offer refreshment and the car was ready as promised always recommended service to kep your car running it's best.

They have delivered the vehicle ahead of time. Dean bloom was in constant touch with us to give us update. We expected the actual delivery in March but was way ahead of time compared to any other dealership.

I had recall on my 2019 Pilot. The repair was completed timely. There were some other items noted while the recall was being completed. Not only did I receive pictures, but Ram Garcha ensured to call me to keep me informed and gave me information about others services available. My vehicle was also washed at the end of the service.

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I have sent many of my customers over the years to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and overall expierence from Jerry Goddard and his people have been beyond exemplary. They actually understand the term customer service and listening to what the customer wants. I initially learned about Hennessy Honda from a retired Honda employee that said that is where he and other go because of the entire culture that Jerry Goddard has fostered at Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and I must say I agree 100% . I have been looking for a Honda Civic Si for about a year. 3 dealerships told me it would be almost impossible to get one. They made no effort to help me get one, only excuses. When I saw one online at this dealership, I called and talked to Ghassimou, who had my Si reserved for me within a day! There was great communication updating me on the car?s arrival, financing, and any other questions I had. On delivery day, all went smoothly; and everyone was so friendly. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership.
