I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. Our sales person, George Darwich, was the main reason we returned to buy from this dealership. We began car shopping one day to look at several different make/models and were frustrated after a few ?not so pleasant? experiences from the first 2 dealerships?..we felt since we just wanted to look & test drive, but not yet commit until we finished comparing models, that they had little interest in us. Our last stop for that day would be at Coggin where we met George. He was so pleasant and eager to help without being ?over the top?. He was patient, knowledgable, understanding and extremely friendly. He was not pushy and totally respected our decision to look at other vehicles to compare with the understanding that we would return if the Honda became our choice. I have dealt with many dealerships when I use to have my business in Kentucky a couple years ago but I never have seen a dealership as good as this one.Roger pereira was my advisor in service you can't ask for better unreal and the gentleman that come picked me up from my house in harbor hills very very nice to talk to.The people in this area don't know how lucky they are to have this place.Very knowledgeable people hands down.I never give reviews but I had to after this experience.
