I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I really like the car, but was somewhat taken by surprise to find out that, after providing a $31,000 down payment, I wold have to pay $500 per month for 5 years. That brings the total cost for the car to $61,000. By any measure that is quite a bit of money for a $28,000 vehicle.

Riley McFarlane, who helped me last Monday, was exceptional. She immediately took charge and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable and conveniently located near the restrooms, which are kept very clean. I'm also grateful for the extended maintenance service I opted for when I purchased my Honda CRV. Thanks to this, I didn't have to pay anything when Riley handed me the summary statement/invoice. What I appreciated most was the honesty and straightforwardness of the service. There were no unnecessary upsells—just pure, honest business. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.
