I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

We bought a used 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Fidel Cuevas-Valencia. He was awesome, wasn't pushy, was knowleable, patient, helpful and kind. It was a fast transaction for trading in a car and buying another. Everyone there was positive and nice (including Ernesto Cuevas) but Fidel went above and beyond. I just wanted say I have had the best service experience from honda of fife. I first went to thus dealership to buy a 22 Honda civic sport touring. I had bad experience with sales. I bought 22 civic from south tacoma honda. Loved the sales department. I needed to have my new car serviced so I took it to Honda of south tacoma. I first was received very nicely. Checked the car in. With in 15 mins I was called to the front desk. I was told that since I had messed with mu own car they would not fix it under the warrenty. Ok no problem I took my car and drove to Honda of fife. Very wonderful staff at service department was very warm. I had installed an aftermarket bass speaker and replaced a fuse with a non low profile fuse. Honda of fife was super honest and explained that I had accidentally damaged a wire. Ok no problem. They quoted me a price and I agreed to the price. Car was fixed. Ok next time I went to Honda of fife oil change. Once again great service and they even honored a coupon I had from south tacoma honda. I really want say enough great things about this service department. Had 2 recalls on my 22 Honda civic. Both of these recalls handled very professional and quick.
