Good Attention, snacks while we wait for the Service department, Gabriel was very kind , Marcial was also very kind and patient, All the nstalations were very clean.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

From start to finish, purchasing our new car at Coggin Honda was easy and enjoyable. Our sales rep Mikhail was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, Sean, a sales manager, I believe, was also a great help guiding us through the entire process. Another plus was their fees were less than the other dealerships we visited!

The place wax transformed into a wonderful relaxing place while you wait for the car being serviced . The showroom is spectacular. Nice coffee, cookies and other goodies while you wait. Movies and shows and n either TV?s.

Alex, our service person was great at explaining what the issues were and how they can fixed. He was friendly. We only waited a couple of hours while the car was being diagnosed. Great services overall.

He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner.
