I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. All the way from the sells guy Jason to the general manager Mr ONDRE as well as the service guys and service manager. I would like to also thanks the Wallace family themselves. We went to the dealership, only to see what was available. Knowing we were going to need a new car in the near future. When asked if we were there just looking for info or ready to purchase, my husband said yes, and I said no! However, as soon as we got there, we were greeted with sincere friendliness and conversation. There was no pressure to purchase, but every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. Zion our sales person was delightful to work with. He provided what we were looking for, but did not try to direct our preferences and he made it all come together, as if it was our idea to buy a car! He was knowledgeable and professional, but in a very likable way. We would recommend Zion as a car sales person to anyone. Buying a car takes time however it didn?t seem like a long wait. The time for the financials did not seem endless and preparation was well done so that it was worked through easier than we have experienced in the past. The building for the dealership is light, bright and open. It was very clean and comfortable.
