Your sales personnel were very helpful and attentive knowing this was a first time buyer but your financial personnel was not as considerate or understanding. He would be rude when asked to explain again.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Have been going to Rusty Wallis for all my car maintenance needs since 2016. They never miss. Great service and very informative. I would not think of going to another dealership for the car maintenance needs. They have also given me the best service in car sales. Kevin has sold my daughter two cars. As long as he is selling cars, Kevin will always be my go to salesperson.

I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. The dealership is clean and inviting to spend time while waiting on a repair. Staff are friendly and competent. I have always been pleased with the process of evaluating my car for repair needs and that they rate green-yellow- red for prioritizing repairs. I don?t feel pressured on repairs and have no issues once done.

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.
