I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The minute we met Joseph; I had the easiest and most convenient buying process I have experienced. I flew for a day just to buy a car, and I intend to fly back in Houseton. He let us run our errands, say hello to our family, came back and finish all the paperwork and I was able to make it to my flight back to IAH. Who does that? Only Joseph Advincula in my experience! Detailed oriented, data driven and very precise, respectful gentleman. I will for sure give his name to my friends who wish to purchase a Honda car. I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

Mike was transparent with the oil change & wheel-alignment services with me and didn't pressure me about rushing the air filter replacements. Wasn't able to get the complimentary car wash but offered me a free one the next time I visit. Really helpful!
