Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. Great handling to crazy door lock alarm issue. Unfortunately 1st early Friday call was disconnected, but 2nd call Michelle Dessert made the day! While it wasn't cheap, the crazy blaring alarm has gone silent and I can lock the car again(and stop scaring myself and outsiders)!
