The vehicle is a smooth, somewhat sporty ride. If you are used to sports cars already then it will likely not excite you, but it is a pleasant feeling compared to the fullsize sedans I am used to. I am 5'11", and find myself sometimes feeling a bit cramped when I get in or out, but it is not claustrophobic. I think they could stand to lower the price a little, but compared to its fellows in the segment (Corolla and Sentra, which I have sat in and driven), it definitely does feel like more of a luxurious car. I think they could have allowed the LX trim to be a low-mid level trim rather than the base trim, as they could definitely have skimped a bit on some features and still had an excellent car with a more competitive price.

I was in for simple maintenance but the service and experience were excellent. From scheduling the appointment to completing the work, everything was very professional.

I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. My wife and I had a great experience buying a car at North City Honday, assisted by Dom. We entered the showroom on a Saturday afternoon thinking we were just starting our car shopping journey. We weren't looking for anything in particular, other than knowing we were interested in a hybrid or plug-in hybrid, and a little bigger than the almost 20 year old Honda Civic Hybrid we were replacing. Dom listened to what we knew we wanted, what we knew we didn't want, and then guided us to look at an Accord. We looked at two models of the current year, as well as a previously owned vehicle that wasn't prepped for sale yet. By the end of the day, we bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, which we think will serve our needs very well. The worst part of the experience was waiting for the financing to be processed, since we didn't think we were quite ready yet we hadn't arranged that ahead of time. But a vehicle we liked was available, and we thought it best to get it without dithering. Dom (our sales person) and Kylie (financing manager) made the process straightforward, and we'd go back to this dealership again.
