Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

We have always gone to Holler Honda to care for our Hondas and have always gotten a fair estimate along with recommendations for timely repairs. We take their recommendations under consideration and if it is something we can do ourselves we buy the parts and do them at home. This visit was no exception. Holler performed the service and included a recall that was pending for quite sometime. Along with this service I had reported a nagging problem I was having with apple carplay and our Hondas. In the past I have just mentioned I was having the issue and was looking for advice but this time I needed it documented because I had reported it to hondaamerica. When I picked up my car, carplay was reported fixed by rebooting the infotainment system. At that time I was warned to always use an apple certified cable to connect carplay. Carplay worked until that evening when we went out for dinner. My phone would not connect. I repeated Holler's recommendation to reboot infotainment and I also got a new apple approved cable at the apple store. Neither solution fixed the problem. What did fix the problem was the realization that even though my phone was plugged into our honda ridgeline, it was also interacting with our other car in the driveway and would not connect with the honda. When I made an adjustment to the settings in carplay on the phone it immediately connected to the honda and now works without issue. When I reported this to Holler they agreed to give me a service credit to use in the future. We are satisfied, as usual.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

Classic Honda always gives a thorough explanation of what services are needed. The completion of the services is always in a timely manner. This is acceptable so that you can move on either your schedule.

Josh was knowledgeable, personable and pleasant to work with. This was the 1st time a dealership didn?t waste my time. We agreed on a price, shook hands and I was out of there shortly after. I would highly recommend asking for Josh at Classic Honda on your next purchase.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

Angel and Wilfredo were excellent sales and finance folks I give them 5 stars. I would caution new buyers to look at the trade value the dealership gives, they mask the tax incentives in the trade value of your vehicle to appear as if they are giving you additional money.
